New: Match Score in Qualify
Every candidate who applies through Social Direct Apply now gets a match score that shows how well their answers fit the requirements in your job description. For each question you see the verdict, the requirement quoted from your vacancy text and a plain-language explanation. The score is advice only: nobody is rejected automatically and every candidate stays visible. You can also exclude a candidate from scoring. The match score is off by default. An account admin switches it on and accepts the terms, and only candidates who apply after that are scored. Names, email addresses, phone numbers and cities are never sent to the AI.
Improved: Better Screening Questions
AI now writes screening questions the way a recruiter would ask them. For example, "Do you have experience as an operator?" becomes "Do you have experience as an operator? At which company and for how many years?" There's one question per requirement in your job description, and yes/no questions are only used where they fit, such as for a licence or shift work. The form's introduction now also describes the work, the conditions and what you offer.
Improved: Meta Leads Fetched Automatically
NEXT now also checks every connected Meta page for new leads every hour, so applications aren't lost when Meta can't deliver them straight away. Facebook and Instagram are now shown separately, so you can see which platform brings in candidates.
Improved: Sharper Numbers in Qualify and Reports
Cost per applicant for lead campaigns is now based on applications, in both Qualify and Reports.
The vacancy card counts all your candidates, not just those loaded on screen.
The campaign funnel shows spend, reach, impressions, click-through rate and cost per click.
Candidate cards show the vacancy, channel and application time, with a dot on anyone nobody has opened yet.
Improved: Automation and Campaigns
Automated campaigns now use headlines from your job feed, instead of AI text over content you already wrote.
Overlay text updates when you change the job details.
When you add a vacancy by URL, the country is now taken from the job page.
The TikTok identity warning only appears when TikTok is part of the campaign.
Improved: Smoother Login
You now log straight into the right organisation, without a flashing screen while the app loads.
