New: Finance Page

Each organisation now has a Finance page in its organisation settings, with your credits and performance budget in one place. It has five sections:

  • Wallet: your current credits and performance budget.

  • Usage: spend and credit use, with a month-end forecast, a comparison with last month, a chart by account, and a report you can export to CSV or Excel.

  • Balance: what has been paid, used and is still to be used or invoiced.

  • Plans: your current plan, credit plans and credit packs.

  • Billing: billing details, invoices, payment methods and billing currency.

A "Talk to us" button on Plans opens the support chat with a message ready to send.

Improved: Campaign Overview Filters

The Campaign Overview has a new filter panel. Filter by status (including archived), channel, company and location, with package, creator and date range under "More". Your filters and search are now remembered when you open a campaign and come back, until you click "Clear all".

Improved: New Support Chat

The support chat bubble in NEXT now uses a new chat system. Your conversations are linked to your organisation, so our team has the right context when helping you.

Improved: Faster Launch Updates

The banner that shows a campaign being launched now updates as soon as the launch finishes.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed: The "Collect leads" objective couldn't be chosen when starting a campaign from a job. The wizard now always asks which job first, then the objective.

  • Fixed: Shared review links showed ad images without the branded overlay.

  • Fixed: Campaigns running on both Meta and Google Display could publish more Meta ads than the images selected.
