Inviting Your Team

Wonderkind NEXT supports team collaboration through role-based access control. You can invite colleagues at the Account, Master Account, or Organization level depending on how much access they need.

Inviting someone to an Account

  1. In the left sidebar, click Team.

  2. Click Invite member.

  3. Enter the person's email address.

  4. Select a role (see role descriptions below).

  5. Click Send invitation.

The invitee receives an email with a link to accept and set up their account. Pending invitations are shown in the Team page until accepted.

Account-level roles

Role

What they can do

Admin

Full access: create/edit/delete campaigns, jobs, assets, manage team members, connect integrations

Member

Create and edit campaigns and assets; cannot manage team or integrations

Viewer

Read-only access to campaigns, reports, and jobs

Inviting at higher levels

If your colleague needs to manage multiple accounts under a Master Account, invite them at the Master Account level:

  1. Navigate to your Master Account (use the breadcrumb or Accounts in the sidebar).

  2. Open Master Account Settings → Members.

  3. Click Invite member and choose their role.

For organization-wide access, contact your Wonderkind administrator.

Removing a team member

  1. Go to Team.

  2. Find the member and click the (more options) menu next to their name.

  3. Select Remove member and confirm.

Removing a member revokes access immediately. It does not delete any campaigns or assets they created.
