Frequently Asked Questions

Campaigns

Q: My campaign is Active but I see zero impressions. Is something wrong?

A: Not necessarily. Most new campaigns enter a Learning phase on Meta (24–48 hours) where the algorithm is still optimizing delivery. Check the campaign again after 24 hours. If there are still zero impressions after 48 hours, check the campaign in Meta Ads Manager directly for any account-level spend limits or policy flags.

Q: Can I run the same job in multiple campaigns at the same time?

A: Yes. A job can be included in multiple active campaigns simultaneously. This is common when testing different creatives, audiences, or platforms for the same role.

Q: How do I change the budget of a running campaign?

A: Click the campaign, then Edit campaign, navigate to the Review step, click the pencil icon next to the budget to adjust it, then click Activate Now. Budget changes take effect within a few minutes.

Q: Can I schedule a campaign to start in the future?

A: Yes. In the Campaign Wizard's Campaign Details step, set a future start date. The campaign will be created in Draft status and deployed to the platform on the specified start date.

Q: What happens to my campaign when a job is filled?

A: Wonderkind does not automatically pause campaigns when a job is removed from the feed. You should manually pause or archive the campaign when the role is filled. Consider setting up an Automation rule to notify you when a job is removed from the inventory.

Jobs & Feeds

Q: How long does it take for a feed sync to complete?

A: Most feed syncs complete within 1–5 minutes. Large feeds (10,000+ jobs) may take up to 15 minutes. You can monitor progress in the feed's Sync logs tab.

Q: My feed syncs successfully but some jobs are missing from the inventory.

A: Jobs may be filtered out if they fail field validation (missing title, description, or application URL). Check the sync log for any "skipped" job entries and review the feed data for those jobs.

Q: Can I have multiple XML feeds for the same account?

A: Yes. There is no limit to the number of feeds per Account. Each feed can have different sources, sync frequencies, and field mappings.

Assets & Creative

Q: Meta rejected my ad because of "too much text in image". How do I fix this?

A: Meta's policy limits text to covering less than 20% of the image. Open the asset in Asset Studio, go to the Studio tab and adjust the crop to reduce visible text. If the text is baked into the original image, you'll need to upload a version with less text overlay.

Q: Where are my AI-generated images saved?

A: All generated images are automatically saved to your Asset Library with an AI-generated badge. They are immediately available for use in campaigns and have platform renditions generated automatically.

Account & Access

Q: I invited a team member but they haven't received the invitation email.

A: Ask them to check their spam folder. If not there, verify the email address and resend: go to Team, find the pending invitation, and click Resend. If the issue persists, the email domain may have spam filtering that blocks invitation emails. Contact your IT team.

Q: I can see campaigns but can't edit them. What do I need?

A: You likely have Account Viewer role. Editing campaigns requires Account Member or Account Admin. Ask your Account Admin to update your role in the Team settings.

Q: How do I transfer ownership of an account to someone else?

A: Add the new owner as an Account Admin. Then ask your Wonderkind administrator to remove the previous owner's admin role if needed.

Billing & Credits

Q: Where do I see how many credits are left?

A: Credit balances are managed at the Master Account level. Navigate to your Master Account, then Settings, Billing to see the credit balance and transaction history.

Q: A campaign is not delivering because "insufficient credits". What do I do?

A: Contact your Master Account Admin or Organization Admin to allocate additional credits to your Account.
