Campaign Overview & Status Lifecycle

A Campaign in Wonderkind NEXT represents a job advertising campaign deployed to one or more ad platforms. Each campaign targets a set of jobs, uses creative assets, and runs according to a defined budget and schedule.

Campaign statuses

Status

Meaning

Draft

Created but not yet deployed

Pending Approval

Campaign was queued by an automation rule and is waiting for a reviewer to approve before it goes live

Active

Live and delivering ads on the selected platform

Paused

Temporarily stopped; can be resumed without re-publishing

Completed

End date reached; campaign has stopped naturally

Archived

Manually archived; hidden from default views but data is retained

Expired

Budget fully depleted or platform-side expiry triggered

Campaign types

  • Clicks: Drives traffic to an external job detail page. Available on Meta and Google Display.

  • Leads: Collects applicant data via a native Meta Lead Form, keeping candidates inside the Facebook/Instagram app. Available on Meta only.

Campaign list

Click Campaigns in the left sidebar to see all campaigns for the current Account. The list is searchable and supports filtering by status, platform, and date range.

Columns visible by default:

  • Campaign name

  • Platform

  • Status

  • Budget

  • Start / End date

  • Spend (to date)

  • Impressions

  • Clicks

Use the column visibility toggle (top-right of the table) to add or remove columns.

Campaign detail page

Click any campaign name to open its detail page. The detail page has tabs:

  • Overview: Key metrics, campaign settings summary, linked jobs

  • Performance: Real-time stats: spend, impressions, clicks, reach, CTR, applications, leads

  • Audiences: Targeting parameters and estimated audience size

  • Placements: Breakdown by placement (Facebook Feed, Instagram Stories, etc.)

  • Creative Performance: Which ad variations (images + copy combinations) are performing

  • Lead Submissions: Form responses (only for Lead campaigns)
