Master Accounts & Billing

Master Accounts are the billing and grouping layer between your Organization and your operational Accounts.

Viewing master accounts

Click Master Accounts in the sidebar (visible to Organization Admins and Master Account Admins).

The list shows each Master Account with:

  • Name

  • Number of child Accounts

  • Total allocated credits

  • Primary contact

Creating a master account

  1. In the Master Accounts list, click Create master account.

  2. Enter a name and optional description.

  3. Click Create.

The new Master Account appears in the list with no child Accounts. You can now create Accounts under it.

Master account settings

Click a Master Account name → Settings.

General tab

  • Name and description

  • Billing contact email

Accounts tab

View and manage all child Accounts:

  • Create a new Account: click Create account

  • Edit an Account: click its name

  • Delete an Account: ⋯ → Delete (irreversible all data is removed)

Members tab

Manage users who have Master Account-level access:

  • Master Account Admin Can manage all child Accounts, members, and settings

  • Master Account Member Can view child Accounts and reports; cannot manage settings

Billing tab

Credit allocation: Credits are the billing unit in Wonderkind NEXT. The Master Account holds a credit balance that is distributed to child Accounts.

  1. Click Allocate credits.

  2. Select the child Account.

  3. Enter the credit amount.

  4. Click Confirm allocation.

The child Account's balance increases immediately.

Transaction ledger: The Billing tab shows a full history of credit allocations, usage, and any manual adjustments.

Integrations tab

Some integrations (e.g., a shared API key for a feed provider) can be configured at Master Account level and inherited by all child Accounts. This avoids configuring the same credentials in each Account separately.

Deleting a master account

Deleting a Master Account removes all child Accounts and their data (campaigns, jobs, assets).

  1. In Master Account settings, click ⋯ → Delete master account.

  2. Type the master account name to confirm.

  3. Click Delete.

Warning: This is irreversible. All campaigns, jobs, and assets under this Master Account will be permanently deleted.
