Publishing & Deploying Campaigns

Publishing a campaign sends it to your connected ad platform (Meta or Google Ads) and makes it live.

Publishing a campaign

At the end of the Campaign Wizard, on the Review step, select Activate Now and click the primary button. Wonderkind:

  1. Validates all required fields

  2. Uploads creative assets to the platform

  3. Creates the campaign, ad sets, and ads

  4. Returns a deployment confirmation

The campaign status changes to Active once the platform accepts it.

Note: Meta campaigns may take a few minutes to enter delivery after publishing due to their ad review process. This is normal.

Saving a draft

Select Save Draft on the Review step to store the campaign without deploying. A draft campaign can be opened and relaunched at any time:

  1. Find the campaign in the Campaigns list (filter by Draft status).

  2. Click the campaign name to open it.

  3. Click Edit campaign to re-enter the wizard.

  4. Complete the Review step and click Activate Now.

Deployment history

To view the full deployment log for a campaign:

  1. Open the campaign detail page.

  2. Click the menu next to the campaign status badge.

  3. Select Deployment history.

You'll see a timestamped log of every deployment attempt, including any error messages returned by the platform.

Redeploying after edits

If a campaign has been edited (budget, copy, assets) after publishing, you need to redeploy:

  1. Open the campaign detail page.

  2. Click Edit campaign.

  3. Make your changes through the wizard.

  4. On the Review step, click Activate Now to push the updates to the platform.

Pausing and resuming

To temporarily stop a live campaign:

  1. Open the campaign or find it in the Campaigns list.

  2. Click the Pause toggle or select Pause from the menu.

To resume: click the toggle again or select Resume. No redeployment is needed.

Archiving a campaign

Archived campaigns are hidden from the default Campaigns list view but all data is retained for reporting.

  1. Open the campaign detail page.

  2. Click ⋯ → Archive campaign.

  3. Confirm.

To view archived campaigns, apply the Archived status filter in the Campaigns list.
