Campaign Review & Approval

Wonderkind NEXT lets you send a campaign for external review before it goes live. You generate a shareable link and send it — by email or by copying the URL — to anyone who needs to sign off. The reviewer does not need a Wonderkind account.

Sending a campaign for review

You can request approval from two places:

  • Inside the Campaign Wizard: at any point during the wizard, click Request Approval in the footer. The campaign saves automatically; you stay in the wizard.

  • From a Draft campaign: open a campaign that is saved as a draft and use the Share button in the campaign header.

The Request Approval modal

Clicking Request Approval opens a modal where you choose how to share:

Send by email

  1. Type a reviewer's email address and press Space, comma, or Enter to confirm it as a chip.

  2. Repeat to add multiple recipients.

  3. Click Send for review — this activates once at least one valid email is confirmed.

  4. The modal switches to a confirmation screen showing the recipient's name and a note that you'll be notified by email and in-app when they respond.

  5. Click Send to another to reset the form and add a second reviewer, or Done to close.

Copy the link Click Copy link to copy the review URL directly to your clipboard. You can paste it into any message, email, or document and share it yourself.

Awaiting review status

After sending or copying the link, the wizard body shows an Awaiting review status strip so you know a review is in progress. The wizard footer button updates to Draft saved ✓. You can click Share again at any time to reopen the modal and send to additional reviewers.

What the reviewer sees

The reviewer opens the link and lands on a Review this campaign page — no login required. The page shows:

  • A full preview of the campaign ads (creative, copy, and targeting details)

  • Two action buttons: Request Changes (left) and Approve (right)

Approving

When the reviewer clicks Approve, a confetti animation confirms the action. The creator receives:

  • An email notification with the outcome

  • An in-app notification in the bell menu in the top bar — the badge shows unread count, the dropdown shows an approved/changes-requested icon, and clicking it marks it read and opens the campaign

Requesting changes

When the reviewer clicks Request Changes, the creator is notified by email and in-app with the same flow as above.

After approval

Once a campaign has been approved:

  • The campaign detail page shows Approved by [name] and the date and time of approval

  • The Share button is no longer visible on the campaign — the review workflow is complete

  • You can proceed to activate the campaign from the campaign detail or the wizard
