Jobs Inventory Overview

The Jobs page is your central inventory of all job postings available for use in campaigns. Jobs can come from XML feeds, manual uploads, or your job library.

Accessing your job inventory

Click Jobs in the left sidebar.

Job list features

Filtering & searching

Use the filter bar at the top of the jobs table to narrow down by:

  • Title: keyword search across job titles

  • Company: filter by employer brand

  • Location: city, region, or country

  • Category: job function (Engineering, Marketing, Sales, etc.)

  • Status: Active, Paused, Inactive

  • Source: Uploaded, XML feed, Job library

  • Upload date / Created date: date range picker

Column visibility

Click the Columns toggle to show or hide columns. Available columns include: title, company, location, category, status, source, salary, created date, last updated.

Saved views

Save your current filter combination as a named view:

  1. Apply the filters you want.

  2. Click Save view in the filter bar.

  3. Give the view a name.

Saved views appear in the Views dropdown for quick access.

Status

Meaning

Active

Eligible to be included in campaigns

Paused

Excluded from campaigns; kept for future use

Inactive

No longer available (expired, filled, or removed from feed)

Bulk actions

Select multiple jobs using the checkboxes and choose a bulk action:

  • Activate: Set all selected jobs to Active

  • Deactivate: Set all selected jobs to Paused

  • Delete: Remove selected jobs from inventory

Job detail drawer

Click any job row to open a quick-view drawer on the right side of the screen. The drawer shows:

  • Full job description and requirements

  • Compensation / salary information

  • Application URL

  • Feed source (if from an XML feed)

  • Campaigns this job is currently used in
