The Asset Library is the central repository for all creative files used in your campaigns; images, videos, and AI-generated visuals.
Accessing the Asset Library
Click Assets in the left sidebar.
What you'll see
The Asset Library displays all assets for the current Account as a filterable grid. Each card shows:
Asset thumbnail preview
Asset name
Upload date
AI-generated badge (where applicable)
Platform rendition status
Filtering assets
Use the filter bar to narrow down assets by:
Filter | Options |
Type | Image, Video |
Platform | Meta, Google, LinkedIn |
Status | Ready, Processing, Error |
Category | Job category associated with the asset |
Company | Employer brand |
AI-generated | Yes / No |
Uploaded by | Specific team member |
Date uploaded | Custom date range |
Asset stats
The header of the Asset Library shows:
Total assets in the library
Upload trend (% change vs. previous period)
% AI-generated ratio of AI-created to manually uploaded assets
Bulk actions
Select multiple assets using the checkboxes and click Delete to remove them. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Warning: Deleting an asset that is currently used in an active campaign will not remove it from the running campaign, but it will become unavailable for future campaigns.
Asset detail
Click any asset to open Asset Studio, a dedicated editor with metadata, renditions, and creative editing tools.
