Campaign Creative & Ad Copy

Campaigns in Wonderkind NEXT require two creative inputs: ad copy (headlines and descriptions) and images. Both are pre-generated by AI from your job data and are ready to review and edit in the Campaign Wizard.

Ad copy (Refine step)

In the Refine step of the Campaign Wizard, headlines and descriptions are already filled in based on your job's title, location, company, and description. You don't need to write them from scratch.

What you can do:

  • Click any headline or description field to edit it directly.

  • Use the platform tabs (Meta / Google Display) to switch between the copy for each platform.

  • Click the Regenerate button (dashed border) to open the column picker, choose which job fields to emphasize (title, company, location, salary, benefits, etc.) and Wonderkind regenerates all copy variations.

  • The right column shows a live ad preview that updates as you edit.

Character limits to keep in mind:

Platform

Field

Meta

Headline

40 characters

Meta

Description

125 characters

Google Display

Headline

30 characters

Google Display

Description

90 characters

Tips for editing copy:

  • Lead headlines with the job title or a clear benefit

  • Keep descriptions to 1–2 key points, ads are skimmed, not read

  • Check that AI-generated copy is factually accurate before publishing

  • Adjust tone to match your employer brand voice

Images (Creative step)

In the Creative step, images are sourced in one of three ways:

AI Generate: Click this card to have Wonderkind automatically create images based on your job data. The system handles the generation in the background; you review the results and select the ones you want to use.

Upload: Upload a new image file from your device. Supported formats: PNG, JPG, WebP, GIF.

Library: Browse and select from images already in your Asset Library.

You can select up to 3 images per campaign. Selected images show a number badge.

Image guidelines (Meta policy):

  • Keep text overlay to less than 20% of the image

  • Use clear, high-contrast visuals, they render across many screen sizes

  • Avoid watermarks or platform logos

Google Display logo

If your campaign includes Google Display, a separate logo section appears below the image grid. Select or upload a logo, it is required for Google Display ads.

Editing an asset's crop before launch

If an image isn't framed the way you want for a specific platform format:

  1. Go to Assets in the sidebar and open the image in Asset Studio.

  2. Go to the Studio tab.

  3. Use the crop tool to adjust framing, then click Save.

  4. New renditions are generated automatically in the background.
