Asset Studio & Renditions

Asset Studio opens when you click any asset in the Asset Library. It has four tabs: Summary, Renditions, Studio, and Insights.

Summary tab

Shows metadata about the asset:

  • File name, type, and size

  • Upload date and uploader

  • Job mappings, which jobs and campaigns currently use this asset

  • Rendition status, overall health of all generated platform renditions

Renditions tab

Shows all platform-specific versions generated from the original file:

Each rendition shows:

  • Preview thumbnail

  • Status: Ready, Processing, or Error

  • An Adjust button, opens the Studio tab cropped to that rendition's dimensions

Studio tab

The in-browser editor for adjusting how your asset is cropped and framed for each platform.

Tools available:

  • Crop: Drag to adjust framing within the aspect ratio

  • Zoom: Scale the image within the crop frame

Steps to edit a rendition:

  1. On the Renditions tab, click Adjust on the rendition you want to edit.

  2. Studio opens with that platform's aspect ratio pre-selected.

  3. Adjust the crop to reframe the subject.

  4. Select additional platform formats to generate at the same time.

  5. Click Save new renditions are generated and replace the old ones.

Insights tab

Shows an automated analysis of your asset:

  • AI-generated category matching

  • Quality indicators

  • Usage in campaigns

Rendition processing time

Renditions are generated in the background after upload or edit. Processing typically takes 10–30 seconds. Asset Studio updates in real time when each rendition becomes ready.

If a rendition shows Error status, click ⋯ → Retry on the rendition to attempt regeneration.
