Uploading assets

  1. Click Assets in the left sidebar.

  2. Click Upload (top-right button).

  3. Drag and drop files into the upload dialog, or click Browse to select files.

  4. Select an asset type: Image or Logo.

  5. Select which platforms the asset is intended for (Meta, Google Display).

  6. Optionally, associate a company using the autocomplete field.

  7. Click Upload to start.

Wonderkind automatically generates platform-specific renditions in the background once upload is complete. The asset status moves from Processing to Ready when renditions are available.

Bulk upload

You can upload multiple files in a single session, add all files to the upload dialog before clicking Upload.

Renaming an asset

  1. Click the asset to open Asset Studio.

  2. In the Summary tab, click the asset name.

  3. Edit the name and press Enter or click away to save.

Tagging and categorization

Assets can be associated with a company during upload or afterwards in the Summary tab. Use this to make filtering easier across large libraries.

Deleting assets

Single asset:

  1. Open the asset in Asset Studio.

  2. Click Delete Asset.

  3. Confirm.

Bulk delete:

  1. In the Asset Library, select multiple assets using the checkboxes.

  2. Click Delete in the bulk actions bar that appears.

Deleted assets are removed permanently. There is no undo.
