Adding Jobs Manually

You can add individual jobs to Wonderkind NEXT without connecting an XML feed. This is useful for one-off roles or when your ATS does not support XML feeds.

Adding a job from the Campaign Wizard

The fastest way to add a single job is during campaign creation. In the Source step, select Paste URL or Manual entry:

  • Paste URL : Enter the URL of your job posting page. The system reads the page and extracts job details automatically. A preview is shown for you to review and edit before confirming.

  • Manual entry : Fill in the fields directly (title, company, description, location, application URL).

The job is saved to your inventory when the campaign is created.

Adding a job from the Jobs page

  1. Click Jobs in the left sidebar.

  2. Click Add jobs (top-right button).

  3. Choose your input method:

URL import: Paste a URL, either a single job listing page or an XML/RSS feed URL. The system automatically detects which type it is:

  • If it detects a feed URL, shows a field preview and asks you to confirm before creating a feed.

  • If it detects a job page, extracts job details, shows a preview for you to review and edit, then saves the job on confirmation.

Manual entry: Fill in the form fields directly:
