Reading sync logs

  1. Click a feed name to open its detail page.

  2. Go to the Sync logs tab.

Each log entry shows:

  • Timestamp of the sync

  • Duration

  • Jobs added / updated / removed

  • Error details (if the sync failed)

Common sync results

XML was downloaded and parsed correctly

N jobs imported

New jobs added to inventory

N jobs updated

Existing jobs refreshed with new data

N jobs deactivated

Jobs no longer in the feed were deactivated

Feed URL unreachable

The feed URL returned an error or timed out

Invalid XML structure

The feed response could not be parsed as valid XML

Field mapping error

A required field (e.g., title) was not found in the expected element

Pausing and resuming a feed

To pause syncing without deleting the feed:

  1. In the Feeds list, click ⋯ → Pause feed.

To resume: ⋯ → Resume feed.

Paused feeds retain all their settings and existing jobs; they just stop receiving updates.

Feed health alerts

When a feed enters Error status, Wonderkind sends an in-app notification to all Account Admins. The feed stays in Error state until the next successful sync.
