Profile & Notification Settings

Accessing Settings

Click your avatar or initials at the bottom of the left sidebar, then select Settings. Alternatively, navigate to Settings directly from the sidebar.

Profile tab

Avatar

  1. Click the avatar placeholder (or your current photo).

  2. Upload a JPG or PNG image (max 5 MB).

  3. Use the crop editor to adjust framing.

  4. Click Save.

Name and email

  • Full name: Your display name shown throughout the platform and in email notifications

  • Email: Your login email; changes require email verification

Update these fields and click Save changes.

Language

Select your preferred interface language:

  • English (EN)

  • Dutch (NL)

  • German (DE)

  • Spanish (ES)

The interface language applies to navigation labels, buttons, and system messages. Article content (campaign copy, job descriptions) is not translated.

Control when and how Wonderkind NEXT sends you alerts.

Email when an XML feed enters Error status

Summary email of campaign performance every Monday

Toggle each notification on or off using the switch.

In-app notifications

In-app notifications appear in the bell icon (🔔) at the top of the sidebar. These are always enabled for critical events (deployment failures, expired campaigns) and cannot be turned off.

Slack notifications (requires account-level Slack connection)

If your Account has a Slack webhook configured, you can opt in to receive notification copies in Slack. Toggle Receive notifications in Slack to enable.


Security tab

Changing your password

  1. Go to Settings → Security.

  2. Enter your current password.

  3. Enter your new password (minimum 8 characters, at least one number and one special character).

  4. Confirm the new password.

  5. Click Update password.

Active sessions

The Security tab shows your active login sessions (browser + device + last seen). Click Revoke next to any session you don't recognize to log it out.
