Organization Theming & Branding

Organization-level branding settings allow you to customize how Wonderkind NEXT looks and feels for your team. Theming is configured by Organization Admins.

Accessing theming settings

  1. Navigate to your Organization (click the Organization name in the breadcrumb).

  2. Click Settings → General.

Configurable branding elements

Organization name and slug

  • Name: Displayed in the sidebar header and email communications

  • Slug: URL-safe identifier used in internal references (e.g., acme-corp)

Changing the slug can break existing bookmark links. Update with care.

Logo

  1. Click Upload logo under the Logo section.

  2. Upload a PNG or SVG (max 2 MB, transparent background recommended).

  3. Click Save.

The logo appears:

  • In the top-left of the sidebar for all users in this organization

  • In campaign review emails sent to approvers

  • In exported reports

Primary color

  1. Click the color swatch next to Primary color.

  2. Enter a hex code (e.g., #1E4FD8) or use the color picker.

  3. Click Save.

The primary color is used for:

  • Button and link accents

  • Active state indicators

  • Email header background in notification emails

Light and dark mode

Individual users can toggle between light and dark mode using the 🌙 / ☀️ toggle at the bottom of the sidebar. This is a per-user preference, it does not affect other users.

The organization's primary color is applied in both light and dark mode.

What is not customizable

The following are currently fixed and cannot be themed per organization:

  • Font family (system sans-serif stack)

  • Layout and navigation structure

  • Table and chart styling (uses platform defaults)

  • Email footer (contains required Wonderkind legal information)
