To successfully connect your Meta (Facebook or Instagram) page to Wonderkind, you need to accept our connection request in Meta Business Suite or directly from your Facebook Page.
IMPORTANT: You must have Full control access in Meta Business Suite for the Business Portfolio and/or the Facebook Page. If you don’t have the required permissions, please contact a user with “Full control” access to approve the request for you. |
Accept the Request via Meta Business Suite (for more)
Step 1: Go to Meta Business Suite.
Step 2: Click the ⚙️ Settings icon in the bottom-left corner.
Step 3: Select Requests from the left-side menu.
Step 4: Check both the Frequently Used Requests and Other Requests tabs.
Step 5: In most cases, the Wonderkind request will appear under Other Requests → Received.
Step 6: The request will be sent from Programmatic job advertising (our Business Portfolio) and the user, Adam (our system).
Step 7: Click on the Accept button to proceed.
